What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a sleep-like state where your body and conscious mind experience deep relaxation, while your subconscious mind remains clear, focused, and receptive to suggestions.

Nothing is done or revealed unless the client has the desire to do so.

It takes 100% consent & cooperation.
 

How does hypnosis work?
All hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis.  A hypnotherapist acts like a guide who facilitates the hypnosis process. The hypnotherapist simply guides you into a state of deep relaxation, both physically and mentally, with your cooperation.

He will then access your subconscious mind, and suggest new ways of thinking to you through visualization. In hypnosis, stronger counter suggestions will be added. The visualization and verbal positive suggestions are carefully designed to empower you to make necessary changes to overcome your problems, negative emotions or bad habits.

In the entire hypnosis process, you are fully conscious, but very relaxed, focused and open to suggestions. This is the main driving force behind hypnosis.

How long does a session last?
Regular session takes about 30 – 45 minutes. It can be shorter/longer depending on each client’s conditions and needs.
 
How many sessions will I require ?
Everyone experiences different symptoms, and therefore the number of sessions required may vary from each client. Sometimes, it only takes 1 or 2 sessions, for some, it may take up to several sessions. Normally, you will be advised on this during the first session after your hypnotherapist analyzes your problems & issues.
